Establish challenging but achievable objectives by engaging all levels of the operations (BALANCED SCORECARD)
Link individual performance and compensation to the overall balanced scorecard
Support achievement of objectives, create review / feedback mechanism, and monitor and provide feedback on progress
Encourage and facilitate improvement actions to build/foster a continuous improvement culture
